Appointment Cancellation Policy
To help us provide timely appointments for all patients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or appointments where a patient does not attend, will result in the forfeiture of any online booking deposit paid.
Patients who arrive late may have their appointment shortened or, where there is insufficient time to complete treatment safely and effectively, may need to be rescheduled. In such circumstances, the cancellation policy may apply.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally arise, and exceptional situations will be considered at the discretion of the clinic.
Patients who repeatedly fail to attend appointments or provide insufficient notice of cancellation may be required to pay in full at the time of booking future appointments.
The clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including staff illness, emergencies, or events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, any deposit paid will be transferred to a new appointment or refunded where appropriate.
By booking an appointment, patients acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy.
This policy is intended to support the efficient operation of the clinic, ensure appointment availability for all patients, and allow sufficient time to offer cancelled appointments to other patients who may be awaiting treatment.
